Abstract Submission

1. Template

Authors are required to prepare their abstracts using the official conference template in Microsoft Word (MS Word) format. Please refer to the attached Abstract Template.

2. Submission Method

Authors are required to submit their abstracts through the ICAAMI 2026 Microsoft CMT submission system. Conference registration and fee payment are required following notification of acceptance.

Full Manuscript Submission

1. Originality

Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in any other journal, conference proceedings, or publication venue.

 2. Language

Full manuscripts and presentations must be prepared in English.

3. Manuscript Format

Manuscripts must be prepared according to the official conference template. Please refer to the attached Full Manuscript Template.

4. File Format

Full manuscripts must be submitted in PDF format.

 5. Publication

All accepted manuscripts will be considered for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the journal's editorial decision and peer review process. 

6. Presentation Requirement

Only papers presented during the conference will be eligible for inclusion in the paper publication.

7. Plagiarism Policy

The similarity index must be less than 20%, as verified using Turnitin. Authors are required to select the "No Repository" option when generating the Turnitin similarity report.

8. Manuscript Length

Full manuscripts must be a minimum of four (4) pages in length
